Thankful Thursday

While working from home is new to most of us, Aquarius are well ahead of the game with this, as they were Scotland's first home-based contact centre. Aquarius is also one of our longest clients having been with the HR Dept. from very early on, so we have a lot to be thankful to them for!

We have supported Aquarius with a number of HR issues in our time together, but most recently we have been providing them with bespoke Development sessions in relation to leadership and HR Essentials, as they continue to grow and invest in their talented staff. These sessions are so much fun, as they are interactive, giving us a chance to discuss real-life people issues and ways to approach these.

We have a great team who are not only working hard to help all our clients, they are helping our local community organising our local buddy scheme to match those that can help with those that need help.
