Our iPhone and iPad repair service is the easiest way for you to get your device back up and running again. How it works: 1) Choose how to get the device to us (We collect/deliver back to you for an additional £10, or you can drop off and collect yourself) 2) We'll assess the condition of your device and if your device can be fixed we will notify you when it is ready. 3) Payment is made and we will return your freshly repaired device to you. We use an online helpdesk system for all repairs, this allows us and our customers to know the progress of their repair. The time a repair will take depends of the extent of the damage, parts availability and current demand. Screen replacements can generally be completed on the same day. In the unlikely event of repair not being possible, you will only be charged for collection/delivery costs when applicable.
