// CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER 🐇🎩

This week Protec Events helped Hilton Birmingham Metropole celebrate its 50th birthday and showcase this iconic venue.

Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, the night spanned two of the hotel's suites. Guests gathered for drinks in the King's Suite, then travelled down the rabbit hole — a purpose-built doorway and walkway between the rooms — into the Palace Suite for the main event, before the after party welcomed them back through. Two rooms, one immersive world.

Stage and set build, LED, lighting, sound, full onscreen content production and rigging came from our team, wrapped around standout scenic design, aerial and speciality performers, and live music delivered flawlessly by the new collaboration of official suppliers.

It was the first showcase of the venue's new official supplier collective — a hand-picked group delivering every part of an event, together. We're proud to be the technical production and AV partner, alongside Eventologists (creative event design), Apollo Music (live music and entertainment) and Showstoppers Events (live performance).

One Collective. Infinite Possibilities. And there's more to come.

Amanda is part of our accounts team and absolutely integral to the smooth running of Protec.
