The strange quiet between Christmas and New Year always feels like a pause.

Emails slow down, the office is calmer than usual, and everyone takes a breath before the next year gets going again.

It’s a good moment to look back at the people who made this year what it was and the progress we made together. Big projects, small wins, unexpected challenges, and everything in between.

We’re grateful for every client who trusted us and every conversation that helped us do better work.

It means a lot.

For now, enjoy the last few slow days before the new year starts.

There’s something special about getting the whole team together away from screens, tickets, and to-do lists.

Our Christmas party was a chance to switch off for a bit, laugh a lot, and appreciate the people who make Focus what it is.

No tech talk. No planning. No problem solving.

Just good food, good company, and a team that genuinely enjoys being around each other.

It’s easy to talk about culture. It’s a lot harder to build one where people actually get on and have fun together.

We’re proud of that.

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of visiting the hospital to drop off a huge bundle of toys and gifts for the children on the ward.

Thanks to everyone who donated, we raised £695, and every penny went toward bringing a bit of extra joy this Christmas.

The staff on the ward were incredibly grateful, and we were honestly just as happy to be there. Seeing how much these gifts will mean to the kids and their families made the whole experience really special.

A massive thank you again to everyone who supported the fundraiser. You’ve helped make Christmas mean a little bit more this year. 🎄💛

Well, most of us.

The Focus office will be closed on the following:

Thursday 25 Dec – Sunday 28 Dec
Thursday 1 Jan

The office will be open:

Monday 29 Dec – Wednesday 31 Dec: 8am to 6pm

But while the office phones might be quiet, we never stop.

If you’re on a 24/7 support plan, we’ll still be contactable. Any calls to our 24/7 line will be picked up instantly, and resolved to keep your business running smoothly.

Not on a 24/7 plan?
