Hi all. Just to let you know there is a current issue with Outlook email. Microsoft have said that Users may be unable to access their mailbox using any connection methods.

They have identified the problem and are currently working on a fix. Their next update is at 3pm today.

So folks after a busy January I’m taking a couple of weeks off. The office will be closed from Wednesday 31st January and will reopen on Monday 19th February. You can leave a message on the answerphone at 01743 718388. I look forward to seeing you when I’m back.

I have had another customer in that has fallen to a scammer. Please, please be aware that NO one from BT, HMRC, Apple, Microsoft, your bank will ever phone you. When they do they are very convincing but under no circumstances let them take remote control of your machine. If you're concerned put the phone down and call me to ask - 01743 718388. Thanks Keith.
