As we sell Naim, Cyrus and Rega products, we're also a service agent for them. It usually takes between two and five weeks for servicing and/or repairs, depending on the manufacturer - and we tend to get a rush in November for customers wanting products serviced and back before Christmas. So this is a gentle reminder that NOW is a better time to get things booked in - just give us a call at the shop or send us an email.

Naim have announced a Naim Exchange Programme, running until 13th November 2026, to help loyal customers step up the hi-fi ladder by trading in an existing streaming product and upgrading it to one running on the new platform. Trade-in discounts vary according to the product you’re exchanging, with discounts from £350 to £1500. In addition, if you wish to buy a Naim amplifier and/or power supply together with a new streaming product, further discounts may be available. We were kindly invited to visit FYNE AUDIO for a factory tour and to learn more about their processes (and later on to experience their local distillery 🥃 😋). Stuart took quite a few photos for us to share, which we've put into a few collages for you....
1) The Fyne Audio Foyer, showcasing their speakers , and the Warehouse before the speakers leave the factory
2) S-Trax & Super-Trax super-tweeter components and internal construction
3) Fyne Isoflare drivers with the magnetisation process and final quality testing before they get inserted into the speakers
4) Fyne's unique Cryo Lab, where various components undergo a seriously cold (-150°!!) deep-freezing process to improve their sonic qualities.

We've just refreshed some of our stock and decided to change the colour of our Ruark R410 to the charcoal black with walnut grille, which looks just as fabulous as it sounds.
There are four colour options currently avaliable - charcoal, fused walnut, soft grey and the Limited Edition 40th anniversary oak veneer with black grille.
If you'd like to hear it, just pop in and ask. 🎶
