These were one of our USA purchases as it's a flavour we had not seen in the UK at the time. But when we taste it and talk about flavour, that's where the flavour stops.

These were actually very spicy, so the medium rating was misleading for us; these will make your nose run! 👃🏼 Once you get through the spice, there isn't much flavour and you cannot tell it's got all the ingredients that go into that nacho meal you would expect.

Think they've tried to do too much on this flavour and delivered nothing but spice; shame.

You've gotta love a good crisp competition and here we have the 2nd of the flavours, Grilled Cheese & Chilli Jam.

When pitted against the Salt & Pepper Chicken, these just lacked on a punchy flavour. We were expecting the punch of the Chilli Jam to really come through but there was not any dominating flavour; perhaps we were expecting too much?

With a bit of tweaking, we think these could be really really nice but unfortunately these are not the winner for us, sorry! 😭

Flavour: 4 Cheese Mac 'n' Cheese
Type: Corn Puff

When picking up this packet we were sceptical if you could capture a true mac 'n' cheese in a packet, and we were right, you cannot 🤣

Anyway, if you love cheese and you lot Wotsits, then these are for you. Not much to say other than these are a waaaaaaaaay cheesier version of Wotsits and also slightly bigger. Whilst not truly mac 'n' cheese, these were actually great on the cheese flavour!

We would get these again, but we would put these in a party bowl for others too. Summary = Party crisp 🥳

We have a WINNER, Salt & Pepper Chicken! These are the winner for us having tried the Grilled Cheese & Chilli Jam.

There is a decent flavour with these, and much stronger than the competitor. The pepper is certainly strong with the chicken subtly in the background; we would have liked a bit more chicken taste to be honest, then these would have been spot on; our opinion obviously! 🤣

We do like a good competition, especially when it's crisps; nice one ! Go grab these whilst they're still available...

Flavour: Cheese & Onion
Type: Regular Crisp

These are a first for us as it's not a brand you see on the supermarket shelves, well, not around by us anyway. If we did, the packet design certainly stands out and we'd be grabbing it! 🙂

We put these to a broader taste test at a party and these went down very well. Decent thickness crisps, almost thick cut, with a great crunch. But to top it was the flavour, a really deep cheese strength with the added kick of the onion. These have all the hallmarks of a premium cheese and onion so don't waste them on anyone 😁

We really enjoyed these, and would eat again, as would the rest of the crisp crew!

We found these in our stash from a visit to Belgium many moons ago but were glad to find them before they go past their best before.

Brets do some amazing flavours so the excitement was building for these; just look at the appealing picture on the packet 😁

The flavour on these is amazing, it's the best BBQ flavour with an additional hint of wh***ey. Not sure you'd 100% guess it was wh***ey but whatever it adds, you notice and it is really good. The crinkle cut and size of the crisps also wraps up and all round great packet!

We love the idea of a secret flavour but when the flavour isn't obvious even to crispaholics, it kind of defeats the object of it in our opinion.

Anyway, these definitely have some type of herb in, then everything else tastes like a bland Sour Cream and Onion 🤣 If you wanted to pin us to a guess and based on the theme, we would say 'Stuffing'; no more, no less.

📣 Eat Crisps Review 📣

Flavour: Applewood Smoked BBQ
Type: Kettle Cooked

Had to dig out my tasting notes for these as it's been a few weeks since I ate them... turns out I didn't write much 🤣

What I did jot down:
🥔 Loads of folded crisps. Over 50% of the bag, which was a bit gutting
🥔 Tiny! Check the size against the b**r mat, then imagine a whole bag of those 😭
🥔 Decent smoky BBQ flavour, but that's the only thing going for them

If you love sweet and smoky, and small folded crisps, these are for you 🤣
