HD Pro Audio Hosts Avid Expanded S6L Range Workshop

HD Pro Audio is pleased to host the Avid Expanded S6L Range Workshop. The workshop provides one of the UK’s first opportunities to see and experience Avid's expanded range of ground-breaking VENUE™ | S6L live audio mixing consoles.

Now a Unified Sound Platform, the Avid VENUE™ | S6L live sound family offers a wide variety of surfaces, engines and I/O to suit an extensive range of applications and engineers.

Avid's Live Sound team, including seasoned FOH legend Robb Allan, will be on hand to take attendees through the range.

HD Pro Audio Holds Technology Workshop for Yamaha, Shure, KLANG and Dante

HD Pro Audio is pleased to announce its next Technology Workshop, taking place in the Oak Room on the 4th floor of London's Hospital Club in Covent Garden on the 19th March from 11:00am to 5:00pm.

The presentations will include system design, setup and pro tips for Yamaha CL and QL consoles with RIO interfaces and a session on the new Shure Axient digital wireless microphones with Wireless Workbench 6 software. There will also be a demonstration of the new KOS 3.0 software, which introduces a host of new features including parametric EQ for KLANG:technologies unique 3D In Ear Mixing system. Audinate's Dante audio network protocol will be a common theme throughout, so this is a great opportunity to pick up some audio networking knowledge too.

Manufacturers' representatives will be on hand to provide a comprehensive overview of all technologies on show, as well as hands-on demonstrations.

HD Pro Audio is pleased to announce it is holding a technology showcase at Daytime TPi for visitors to experience the long-awaited integration of the Avid Venue|S6L console with Waves plug-ins.

The VENUE 5.7 software update and WSG-HD Option Card for the Avid VENUE | S6L delivers the most comprehensive integration of Waves SoundGrid plug-ins found in any audio console. From show file compatibility, mapped encoders, multi-touch control, and automatic delay compensation, to auto-failover redundancy and safety features, the Avid and Waves teams didn’t stop working until all of the requirements were achieved.

The presentation and demonstrations will take place on 26 February 2018 at Daytime TPi, an event held at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa for attendees of the TPi Awards 2018. HD Pro Audio is pleased to announce it is holding a one day technology showcase event, featuring the DiGiCo SD12 and the latest developments from KLANG:technologies’ 3D binaural IEM mixing system.

There will be a comprehensive overview of the DiGiCo SD12 console and an in-depth session on KLANG:technologies’ latest KOS 3.0 software. The event will also preview the new DiGiCo remote feature of KLANG and the KLANG:vektor motion tracker. HD Pro Audio will also have the L-Acoustics Syva loudspeaker system available for evaluation.
