We've been a little quiet on our socials for the past few weeks, however, we'd like to introduce our new customer portal!

-A centralised location for all documentation

-Real-time status updates on collections and scheduled collections

-Access to our accreditations and insurance information

-The ability to book collections directly through the portal

-The option to add additional users who require access to documentation

-The capability to book DataBox collections and track their locations

-Tools for MSPs to manage multiple sites, invite end users or on-site contacts and provide visibility into site-specific collection documentation

The screenshots below are from an MSP we have been collaborating with since 2020. We have migrated all previous collections to the portal, ensuring easy access. With our custom-built portal, additional features will be added in the future, including the following:

-Real-time logging of assets collected, including our on-site shredding solution.

-Rebates per asset, allowing customers to view any available rebates once processing is complete and a secure data destruction report is issued along with a purchase order.

The last few weeks we have been working closely with a company to shred a backlog of 5000+ Drives on-site!

In this volume we offered a reduced cost which was 50% less than the previous supplier saving them nearly £10000 in costs.

Each drive was logged noting the serial number, make and model for their records saving time having to inventory the drives prior to destruction.

Nearly a 1000KG of shred generated which will be recycled and precious metals reclaimed and petabytes of data has been destroyed! ♻️♻️

The customer has will be supplied with a Databox -
