I've just been asked whether Motivity can be used for vehicle checks - and the answer is yes.

We remotely configure automatic prompts for your engineers to carry out any regular safety check.
Common uses are for checks on Vans, PPE & RPE equipment.

We set up the check sheets for you (which can include photos, signatures and vehicle sketches - to mark damage)

There's lots of optional features too:
- Specify if engineers aren't able to start jobs until they have done any mandatory checks.
- Set a frequency for each type of check (daily, weekly, monthy etc)
- Add a facility to skip checks entirely with a reason (if no van that week etc)
- Get copies of completed check sheets e-mailed to a nominated person in your office.
- Reduce the admin burden further - just get it to send check sheets where engineers have flagged up an issue*

* All checks sheets are accessible through Motivity office portal for your historical reference.

Also - the good news is there's no additional charge for this service.

To try this out we just need a copy of your existing check sheets (we can make Motivity re-produce your same branded layouts)
