Agilio Live 2026 brought our Veterinary community together for a day of conversation and connection. 🐾

The day featured bringing together voices from across the profession to talk honestly about the challenges facing practices today, from staffing and workload to the everyday realities of running a practice well.

Alongside these discussions, we looked at our newly released Veterinary Practice Management Challenges and Evolution Report, giving the profession a clearer picture of where things stand and where they're heading. Attendees also got a first look at Leo, our new AI assistant. 🦁

Beyond the sessions, the day was about the people in the room. Familiar faces, new ones too, and conversations that carried on long after the panel ended.

I had so much fun MCing and delivering a keynote at this inaugural event. It was an honour to open and close the day.

My keynote explored the science and psychology required to build high performance, with practical ideas people could take back to work.

The feedback has been lovely to read. From 130 attendee responses, 100% found the session valuable, 97% found it actionable, and 99% said they’d like to hear me speak again.
