🌃 The nights are getting longer, and the days are getting darker ☁️ So we’ve been looking through our photo collection for brilliant 😉 lighting solutions 💡Great inspiration for 🗓️ September’s “Labour of the month” - to replace any broken bulbs - including outside and security lights 🔦

Whilst we love looking back to find inspiration from our low carbon past - having been invented over 100 years ago, the incandescent lightbulb is worth switching for a modern alternative ➡️➡️➡️

🚀 We’re having a summer super-powered by stellar students from The University of Sheffield SME Internship scheme!

✨ This is the third year we've have hosted interns. It’s great to build a local network of mutual support, helping develop skills and experience whilst benefitting from new ideas

🎆 So grateful for the energy, enthusiasm and interest each intern has brought to the team

🗺️ But it’s a journey which we are all going on together

🌱 And as daunting as it may be, it’s also an opportunity to be creative, to learn, and to grow

Our workshops and videos help support your journey by developing ‘shared models of understanding’ about your building:

🧠models of understanding help us make good decisions and predict what the impacts of those decisions might be

🕸️they can be really useful when addressing complicated or difficult problems, which nonetheless require us to act

💗 as individuals, we all have values, opinions and priorities which form our own models, just as your treasurer and your church warden might do

🤝🏽 by comparing with others, we can identify and make progress in areas where we are in agreement

⛳ and start collecting information to fill the gaps in our knowledge, supporting further agreement
