ACCOUNTS & PAYROLL MANAGER wanted

This full time post is based here at DH TEAM LTD in Seaton Devon
Reporting to the managing director, responsibilities include:

Running our end-to-end payrolls. Responding to payroll queries from colleagues.
Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary.
Updating the HR system with pay changes.
Pension admin for our Nest Pension Schemes.
Reconciling our accounts with our payroll figures.
Working with and support the HR team where necessary.
Matching, checking and coding invoices.
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
Reconciliation of supplier statements. Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts.
Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and suppliers.
Provide support as needed for the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years' experience within a Payroll team, have dealt with the high volumes of invoices and will be comfortable assisting with high value payment runs. They should also be confident with the full purchase ledger process.
