We’re pleased to share with you that Cloud, Voice and Data have now become part of the Focus Group of companies.

CV&D have worked with Focus for many years, share core values and are very well-positioned to seamlessly continue to deliver services to our clients. So, they are in safe hands.

CV&D staff have also been retained and welcomed into the group, so customers can look forward to seeing and speaking to the same customer support agents and account managers they've enjoyed to date, whilst also being supported by the wider group too.

Cloud, Voice & Data have taken the decision to transition into Focus Group, as experts in providing essential business technology, with exceptional experience across a wide range of businesses and to provide superb ongoing customer support and account management, whilst still being able to offer the great close relationship and local community feel that has seen the CV&D brand grow so quickly over the past 5 years.

As 2023 draws to a close we thought we'd share some of our numbers with you.

On Wednesday we celebrated a fantastic 2023 for the business as a team at our Christmas party. We are also super proud to announce that Jimmy Williams was crowned our Bi-Annual employee of the year for Winter 2023.

A huge well done to the team for another record year and a special congratulations to Jimmy, It is well deserved and just goes to show hard work, a good attitude and a willingness to learn does pay off. Jimmy won the vote with 5 votes out of 12.

Congratulations, Tom Waters | Sales Manager 👏

We are proud to announce that Tom Waters has been promoted to the role of Sales Manager.

Over the past year or so Tom has not only smashed his sales targets but has also demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities to the team with help in training, admin, and, project management.
Which made it an easy decision for us. Therefore, this is not only a deserved role for Tom as part of his clearly impressive progress, but also a required role relieving some of the sales process and admin pressure on the board.

Tom will also continue to manage his existing accounts with the same level of expertise and professionalism as always.
