As a busy repair centre, there will naturally be times when we’re working on repairs, helping customers in-store or simply unavailable to answer a call or message straight away.

The CCUS Customer Portal is a major step forward in helping us improve that communication.

Instead of having to contact us for every update, you’ll be able to securely log in and check information about your repair yourself — even when we’re unavailable or the repair centre is closed.

It means better communication, greater transparency and easier access to the information you need, when you need it.

🌐 The CCUS Customer Portal will initially launch as a secure web app, so you’ll be able to access your account conveniently from your phone, tablet or computer.

And this is only the beginning… 👀

We have much bigger plans for how the CCUS Customer Portal will connect with our systems and services in the future.

🧩 Right now, we’re working on the final few pieces of the puzzle before we can officially launch.

A huge amount of work has already gone into building the portal and connecting everything behind the scenes. We’re carrying out the final testing and making sure everything works together properly before we open it up to our customers.

We’re getting very close, and we can’t wait for you to start using it! 💙

Over the past few months, I’ve had to focus on balancing work and personal commitments, which unfortunately means my social media pages haven’t had the attention they deserve.

I know I’ve been slower than usual to respond to messages, and I’d like to thank everyone for your patience and understanding. I’m currently working through these challenges and putting systems in place to ensure I can respond more quickly and provide the level of service you deserve.

👋 Anyway, I’ve thought I’d give you a little info About Me…

Hi, I’m George, the owner of CCUS Scotland.

I’ve been repairing phones, computers, tablets, and gaming consoles since I was 13 years old. What started as taking things apart out of curiosity quickly became a passion that’s stayed with me for over 20 years.

This year I turn 36, and I can honestly say I still love every repair that comes through the door. Whether it’s bringing a water-damaged phone back to life, repairing a games console, or fixing a laptop that someone thought was beyond saving, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing it working again.

Owning my own repair shop has always been my dream. I wanted to build a business where customers could expect honest advice, quality repairs, and friendly service every time. Turning that dream into reality has been one of the proudest moments of my life.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their devices, recommended my business to friends and family, or simply supported my journey. As a local independent business, your support means everything.

Yesterday we carried out some telecoms and cabling work for our friends over at The Carlton Hotel Prestwick.

What a fantastic job The Fitzsimmons Group have done since taking over the hotel. Just have a look at the recent transformation of the honeymoon suite. I couldn’t help myself in getting a little video. This room looks absolutely stunning.

Over the weekend, we’ll be back in finishing off the cabling enabling customers to watch Sky in the newly renovated Milestone Restaurant.
