We work on most equipment from netbooks to full blown computer server networks. If we can't fix it ourselves we generally know where to send it to get fixed. Currently specialising in notebook repairs such as Power socket and screen replacements.

Another busy day, firstly told by a supplier that they could not deliver something I had ordered 2 weeks ago. Not happy )-: . Discussed with customers what to do for an alternative and ordered them. Repaired and started to test a Novatech tablet. Unable to finish as I was told by the tablet that password was incorrect. Spent the afternoon removing data from a small HP netbook and reloading Windows 10. Also rebuilt an Asus Memo Pad 10" tablet. Just another day in the life. Another busy day. First off a slight printing problem in Brotton. Then to a laptop in Skelton that did not look good. Sadly it used a power connection that was not standard. So brought everything back to the workshop at the Old Co-op buildings in Loftus only to find that strangely there was not a pin out diagram for the connector anywhere on the web, so I had to take the laptop apart just to find out which pins were which. Once armed with that knowledge I checked the output of the adapter and found that it was dead. I used the connector from the dead adapter and connected it up to an external d.c. power supply and fortunately the laptop coughed into life. Another successful repair.
If you have any problems in this IT world of ours then this is what we do for a living, just bring it to the workshop at Loftus and we will happily sort it for you. We are now open 5 days a week (9:30 - 2:30), and if you feel that you can't come here or the job warrants a visit, then we do offer a mobile service.
