🕵️‍♂️ We went digging on Reddit... and the L&D community didn't hold back.

We wanted to know the unfiltered, anonymous truth about what happens when companies try to monetise their training programs. So, we did a little social listening on Reddit.

The takeaway? Turning training into revenue is a completely different beast from traditional internal L&D.

Here is what the front-line LMS users anonymously confessed:
🔺 It’s a startup, not a department: You aren't just expanding a function; you are essentially building a small business inside your company.

🔺 The tech wall is real: An LMS built to track internal compliance simply isn't designed to behave like an e-commerce platform for selling courses.

🔺 The resource trap: You are going to need way more resources than leadership thinks you do- and they won't understand why.
