The client gave me a brief. I rewrote it.

Not because it was wrong, but because it wasn’t enough.

One phone call uncovered the real story behind The Village.

Not luxury.

Not care.

Belonging.

And once we’d found that, everything changed.

Strategy first. Story second. Design follows.

I’m Gareth, and I am a graphic designer.

I also run an Old Boys Hiking Club called

And today, I’m gonna make some merch for our 2027 Tour to in the Lake District

The club has existed since 2023 and we’ve done tours to Wales, the Peak District, the Jurassic Coast and next year we plan to tackle England’s third highest peak and Ben Nevis.

Naturally, I’ve done the branding for the club and we have merch for every tour we go on. For next year, we have performance tees with personalisation on the back.
