📞 The Role
We’re looking for confident and driven Telemarketing Executives to join our team and support our sales pipeline.
Your primary focus will be:
• Calling warm and cold B2B leads
• Engaging decision-makers
• Introducing our VoIP solutions
• Booking qualified appointments for our sales team
• Updating CRM with accurate call notes and outcomes
You’ll be working with targeted data and lead lists, speaking to businesses about upgrading or replacing their current phone systems.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B calling
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
• Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations flowing
• Experience in telecoms, VoIP, or IT sales is a strong advantage (but not essential)

• £28,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE £40k+)
