Have you tried Master Blaster – Two Part Comb Pick Attack Set?

The Master Blaster is a two part comb pick attack that will open Master #3 and as a bonus the same tool will also easily open the smaller Master #1. This tool bypasses and opens the MOST POPULAR pad lock in north America with little effort or training. The trick to making it work is using a shim tool to lift the pins out of the way so the comb pick can be set in place. The Master Blaster should be a part of every LEO/FIRE/MIL every day carry. When training with the MASTER BLASTER using a tension wrench to test and turn the core advisable.

Shim is cut from .015 stainless

A small, low-cost nRF52840 USB dongle with external antenna, pre-flashed with nRF Sniffer for BLE firmware from Nordic.
