Department for Work and Pensions (DWP):The 2025-2026 Winter Allowance Scheme has been launched. Eligible residents will receive a one-time energy allowance of to support living expenses during the winter period.
Our records indicate that you have either not submitted an application for the 2025–2026Winter Heating Allowance, To ensure you receive the £200-300 payment, please complete your application no later than 5 Sep 2025. Failure to apply by the deadline will result in the loss of eligibility for this allowance.

If you have a BT Email address and are having trouble logging to your webmail using your saved details, please check the following link. BT have changed the way you login to your webmail so if you've saved their login as a shortcut or favourite it will no longer work:

· If you sometimes log into webmail using your BTID, this won’t be possible; you’ll need to log into your email at www.bt.com/email or from the email link on bt.com using your email address and password
