Out with the old, in with Rako. 💡

In this video, Anthony talks through a big job we’ve just finished. The customer had an old lighting system and a separate blinds control, and it had all become complicated to use. We replaced both with one Rako Controls Ltd DALI system that handles the lighting and the blinds, and looks great on the wall too.

It took a lot of work, but the customer is really happy with the result, and that’s what we love to hear.

Anthony has spent part of this week on the road, visiting installs across the country to check everything is set up properly and working as it should.

This one was a retirement village in Chester, where the lounge screen was running perfectly. 📺

A good installation shouldn’t stop on the day we leave. We keep an eye on our systems, because that’s what keeps them reliable for the staff and residents who use them every day. 40+ years in, aftercare is still a big part of how we work.

Part 2 of our 3 part new build project. 🏠

Last time, Anthony was prepping the house, because it wasn’t built with modern tech in mind. Now the decorators are in making good of all the work, and the CCTV cameras are up.

The final stage comes once the decorating is finished: fitting the TVs and Sonos. We can’t wait to show you the finished result.

Doing the groundwork properly means a tidy finish that you’d never know took all that work. 40+ years of doing it this way.

October already, and the countdown's on. ⏳

Whether it's a home cinema, a communal lounge, or a reception area, getting AV, lighting and entertainment systems installed properly takes time, projector alignment, screen calibration, all the cabling done neatly out of sight. Leave it too late and you'll be into December before it's ready.

We work with homeowners, businesses and care homes across Hertfordshire, and the same rule applies to all of them: book now, and it'll be ready exactly when you need it.
