MacBook Pro Battery Replacement – Back to Business in One Day!

Another MacBook Pro battery replacement completed by RCS IT Systems! 🛠️

We recently had a MacBook Pro 16" (A2485, M1) come in with a battery health of just 43%. The battery was so degraded that the laptop was lasting only around 15 minutes before needing to be connected to a charger.

For our customer, this was a real problem as the MacBook is needed for business use every day. Getting it back up and running quickly was crucial.

The customer initially visited us so we could take all the necessary details, including the MacBook model and serial number, allowing us to order the correct replacement battery.

As soon as the new battery arrived, we contacted the customer and arranged for the MacBook to be dropped off that same day.

The MacBook is now ready to get back to work without being tied to a charger every few minutes. 🔋
