10 Years of Gravity Automotive Show with Crewsade! 🏎️💨🔥

We are officially back, the kit is completely cleaned and packed away, and what an unbelievable weekend it was! It’s always an absolute pleasure working alongside the legends at Crewsade.

These guys know how to put on a show like no one else—every event they push the limits, but for their 10th anniversary edition of Gravity, they pulled out every single stop. (And yes, that included drifting under an artic lorry! 🚛😱)

Here is what Team ALD provided for the landmark event:
⚫️ Live Arena Sound: Full high-output sound production deployed across the entire outdoor arena, delivering crystal-clear coverage for over 20,000 spectators.
⚫️ Stage for DJ and Crewsade VIP with LED wall at front of booth with visuals
⚫️ Indoor Visuals & Lighting: High-impact moving light fixtures deployed throughout the venue space, firing custom Crewsade and DriftJam gobos across the hall, paired with architectural uplighting to set the vibe.

Festival Italia at Brands Hatch did not disappoint! 🇮🇹🏎️🍝

We’ve had the pleasure of being part of this fantastic event for many years now, delivering complete technical audio and visual coverage across the entire circuit.

Here is a look at what the ALD team provided across the site:
🔊 Live Action Audio:
• Speaker systems delivering crisp, continuous trackside audio for all the live action arena
🎶 Live Music Stage:
• Complete stage and sound system setup.
• Microphone and monitoring packages to suit all performing artists.
• FOH sound engineering and live operational support.
🍳 Cooking Demonstration Stage (Back for Year 2!):
•Sound reinforcement and wireless headset mics for the chefs to present seamlessly.
• Multi-camera setup with video switching so the audience doesn’t miss a single detail up close.
• NEW LED Wall Upgrades: Flanking LED video walls raised left and right of the main stage displaying the live culinary camera feeds.
• Technician handling live audio and vision mixing throughout the day.

The festival season grind doesn’t stop! 💡🎪

Our Ayrton Diablo S units are on the test bench getting their final pre-flight checks before hitting the road once again.

We’re loading out another full festival package—packed with rig fixtures, floor package, DMX and power cabling, nodes, and control systems.

Constant turnarounds and zero downtime is how we like it! ⚡🚚

Better 8 months late than never... 🌲✨

Back in 2025, we had the absolute pleasure of bringing the Winter Light Spectacular to life at Brands Hatch—taking the project all the way from initial concept to full site delivery!

Transforming the grounds into a magical woodland trail was a massive technical undertaking for our team, and the numbers speak for themselves:

The Tech Breakdown:
• Lighting: 600+ IP-rated fixtures, 60+ Source 4s, 24 moving heads, 30 Strobes, 10,000m of pea lights, 2,000m of festooning, plus custom neon, fairy, and Edison lamp installations.
• Structures: Truss builds, custom Keyclamp fairy light arches, meters and meters of Scaf and feature installations along the walk.
• Atmospherics: Snow, bubble, and smoke machines placed strategically throughout the trail.
• Audio: Over 180 speakers deployed to create full immersive soundscapes.
• Power & Control: 10,000m+ of 16A, 1,200m+ of 32A, and 600m of 3-Phase cable, with complete power distribution and control powered end-to-end by Avolites.

Built and installed in just 2 weeks by a hard-working crew of 7 technicians, with ALD techs on-site throughout the live run to keep every show running seamlessly.

Touring Car Rewind South at Brands Hatch did not disappoint! 🏎️💨🏁

What an incredible weekend surrounded by classic touring car legends both on and off the track! The energy was high all weekend long, and team Audio Light Design had a blast delivering full technical production for the Talk Stage.

What We Supplied:
• Staging & Roof: 5m x 4m outdoor stage with integrated truss roof system
• Audio Reinforcement: Full sound coverage for Q&As, driver talks, and trackside announcements
•DJ Package: Complete DJ system to keep the Sunday vibes flowing right through the finish line 🎧🎶

What a day at Rochester Airport yesterday! ✈️🏎️🎶

It was an absolute pleasure for the Audio Light Design team to handle the technical production for such a brilliant event.

Huge congratulations to Dean and the entire team for pulling together a completely SOLD-OUT event in such a short space of time!

From the airshow and car show to the live music, funfair, bars, and trade stalls—what a turnout and what an atmosphere! 🙌

We take huge pride in looking after our kit, and protecting our gear is non-negotiable. But why keep it boring? Adding a bold splash of team colour to our custom flight cases not only keeps everything safe on the road, but makes our kit instantly recognizable on a busy event load from a mile away! 🎨💪
