Please never allow access to your computer from people who say they are from Microsoft, BT, Windows or any other service providers. This will be a scam and many of our customers have been duped.Typically, the caller will tell you that you have a virus and will ask you to download software so they can link to your PC, this is when malicious Malware will be downloaded to your PC.. PC Doctor Ltd has a part time vacancy for:

Customer Services Telephone support Clerk.

Busy small office in Rochester requires a new staff member to work in our office or from home (after training and at our discretion). This is a telephone support roll where you would be dealing with mostly senior customers on the telephone and booking them in for a home visiting PC repair service.

We have an intranet based computer program and various other programs and software that can be run on a home pc.

The candidate should possess;
* Good organisation skills
* Computer or laptop
* Computer knowledge and keyboard skills (various programs)
* Excellent telephone manner
* Sales experience a distinct advantage (commission payable on sales)
* Good admin skills
* Positive and cheerful disposition
* ability to resolving conflict, good listening skills and the ability to multi-task
* Must be able to project your voice for the hard of hearing.

Duties:
Serving customers by telephone. Booking jobs, providing information; responding to requests; resolving problems; organising engineers and processing payments. Using various computer programs: Quick books, Outlook, back office systems, tracking systems, online payment terminal.

3 hours daily from Monday - Friday 08:30 - 11.30. £8 per hour. Must agree to cover up to four weeks of full time hours to cover staff within the year with notice. Flexibility to increase hours on occasion and cover sickness. Please email a CV in the first instance to:
