We are looking for an experienced IT Support Desk Engineer to join our expanding team 🧑💻

🔹Essential Skills
• Proven experience as an IT Support Desk Engineer, over 12 months in the role.
• Fundamental understanding of computer systems, software products and IT hardware.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident and polite telephone skills with a calm, customer focused manner.
• Able to complete basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience in remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to reprioritise.
🔹Responsibilities
• Provide first line IT support to clients.
• Manage ownership of support tickets to completion.
• Establish issue and provide prompt and accurate support.
• Keep the customer up to date with resolutions to the IT fault or change.
• Clear recording of the fault and fix to management requested standards.
• Install software onto new hardware ensuring set up is to customer's expectation.
• Build and test VoIP systems, both on hardware and soft applications.
• Project work with company directors and clients.
• Ability to support and mentor apprentice engineers.
🔹Salary and Benefits
• £21-23k per annum depending on experience, potential for salary increase once probationary period is complete and abilities are proven.
