So incredibly proud to join my mate, Huw Jones, on his awesome 5 marathons in 5 days for MND.

The support Huw has generated is incredible and I’ve no doubt he’s inspired a whole lot of people along the way.

I intended to pop into .goose.worthing for a pint of amber nectar named after the aforementioned geezer but sadly it’s shut on a Monday.

I've entered Race to the King 2024 - a 50km run around the South Downs in June. I'm doing it in the memory of my Cheltenham Colts coach Dave Townsend who sadly passed away recently.

Dave Townsend was the person who taught me about being part of a rugby team, part of a club. As my Colts coach in the early 90's he was my rugby-dad. He gave up so much of his time helping rugby in Cheltenham thrive and I, along with many others, will be forever grateful. Sadly we lost him earlier t...
