Dozuki | Standard Work Training Software for Industrial Companies

Our data entry team helped one our clients create process and testing guides on Dozuki, the leading communication tool for industrial companies. The task involved porting all data and images from existing Google Slides to relevant slides on Dozuki in the defined format. This included porting of test data, resizing images, adding annotations to images and text and testing all guides. We ported close to 150 presentations comprising nearly 1,500 slides within a span of 1 month given a tight deadline.

We recently finished a comprehensive code documentation for a client using these two tools: "phpdocumentor"(https://www.phpdoc.org/) for php code and "jsdocs"(https://jsdoc.app/) for js code.

Both have their own way of annotating the code with their defined rules. Every time you write a piece of code, you need to add this annotations so that the tools can recognise and interpret it. Then it's a matter of a few commands to generate this extensive documentation.

I know artificial intelligence is the future - but every Friday I doubt the ability of machines to learn ;-) GoogleMail has launched an enhanced text suggestion service months ago. On Fridays I like to sign off my emails with "Have a great weekend" - see what the AI script of one of the biggest tech companies in the world suggests first try and second try. I mean it's FRIDAY! Why would it suggest a "great week ahead"? And why after playing this game with me for weeks now and me typing the correction, doesn't it learn?

This week and last week it was back to school for many kids in the UK and Germany and the start of some sort of normality for them - but also for their parents - after school has been affected badly by Corona for over half year. I feel sad that for a long time their mental well-being was not priority for our politicians and I applaud all parents for guarding and guiding their kids during these difficult times.
