We're overjoyed to share that our COO, Cheryl Guest, has been nominated for the Outstanding Partner Award at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care (WAGS) Awards 2026, by one of our customers.

Cheryl was put forward by Gill Heppell, founder of PerCurra Care at Home - Nottingham, who described her as "a trusted adviser, a skilled problem-solver and a genuine partner".

Since Gill founded PerCurra in 2008, it has grown into a respected home care provider with services across the UK. From visiting and overnight care to live-in and specialist support, PerCurra helps people stay safe, happy and independent in their own homes. Great care software should feel like part of the visit, not something carers have to think about.

Our carer app has supported carers on visits for years. Now we’re taking it further. We’ve listened closely to how carers use it day to day, and everything we learnt has gone into IQ:carecompanion, the next generation of our carer app. It’s in final testing now, and we’ll share a few glimpses over the coming weeks.
