Vietec Limited is looking for a Sales Administrator at our Redditch office.
The candidate would preferably have previous knowledge of delivering policies such as ISO 9001/45001/27001, and also have have experience of keeping annual SSIP memberships (such as Constructionline, Avetta and Builders Profile) up to date.

vietec have been awarded the accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for the 9th consecutive year!

Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third-party accreditation scheme that recognises extremely rigorous standards in health and safety management amongst contractors.

This year vietec have also been awarded a gold-level certificate of verification with the SafePQQ Scheme. A PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) is an important verification check to safeguard both contractors and the companies employing services through the tendering process.

A key business growth area for vietec is tendering. However, the tendering process can be time-consuming, and complex, which is why the initial phase of a tendering process often involves a PQQ. This acts as a pre-selection process to filter only the most suitable candidates through to the next stage.

SafeContractor said: "Major organisations simply cannot afford to run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies in place. More companies need to understand the importance of adopting good risk management in the way that vietec Ltd has done. vietec Supports, Michael Neil Drew Annual Charity Golf in aid of The Kaleidoscope Plus Group

vietec annually supports the M&ND charity event, this year we are reaching out and asking for the support of our network with either a donation or a raffle prize.

This is the 10th annual event which has raised money for many good causes such as Breast Cancer, Oldbury Swimming and Triathlon Club as well as Macmillan Nurses, CRY, Edwards Trust and in the past, even helped raise funds for a local Gymnast who returned from the World Championships with the Gold Medal.

For 2021, the M&ND Charity Golf is supporting The Kaleidoscope Plus Group. Its key aims are to support recovery for people experiencing ill-health, whilst also promoting independence; to support inclusion and facilitate community integration and participation for people with health problems; and to raise awareness of mental health issues, challenging stigma and promoting positive health and well-being.

vietec staff go above and beyond, with an accumulative step count of 3,351,788 steps during National Walking Month in May.
This was to celebrate and to also incorporate our accreditation with Worcestershire Works Well
Team 1 took the overall glory, but it pulled vietec staff together to work within their teams. It certainly showed what a competitive group of people we are.

vietec Internal Sales, Sara, said “I enjoyed National Walking Month as I am a little competitive and enjoy the outdoors. I definitely walked further in May and looking forward to our next challenge.”

Office Manager, Rebecca, said “I love being outside, which is why gave me the opportunity to share the photos I take on my walks during the month”.

Managing Director, Phil, said “I enjoyed quality time and walks with my wife. I would like to congratulate team 1 on victory, but also everyone within vietec for getting involved and putting the effort into this challenge”.
