Things that bother Chris more than they probably should... 😂

A logo that's 2mm off centre.

A font that just doesn't look right.

Two colours that really shouldn't be sitting next to each other.

And don't even get him started on spacing! 👀

To the rest of us? Probably not a big deal.

To Chris? Absolutely unacceptable.

But there's a reason he's so particular.

All those tiny details add up to how people see your business, often without even realising it.

And when you're trying to make a great first impression, they really do matter.

So if you ever catch Chris staring at his screen looking deep in thought, he's probably just moving something 2mm to the left. Again. 😂

One logo is one thing. But what happens when you need FIVE? 👀

That's exactly what Hanoli People came to us for.

The challenge was to create five logos that each had their own identity but still felt part of the same family.

And judging by this lovely feedback, we got the brief right! 💜

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"I needed help with a rebrand of my logo, going from one logo to 5. The team at Orbital got it right away, and after only a few minor tweaks, pretty much nailed it from the brief I gave them. I'm so pleased with the end result - thanks guys!"

It's always lovely when a client is as pleased with the finished result as we are!

Something new for Radcliffe 👀

Graft is a new coworking space in Radcliffe, giving people a place to work, meet and connect right in the town centre.

We’ve recently been working with Bury Council to produce some of the branded merchandise for the new space, including these tote bags, mugs and pencils.

Practical, useful and a nice way to carry the Graft name beyond the space itself.

And with Graft based in the old Carnegie Library building, it’s lovely to see a well-known Radcliffe building starting a new chapter.

The cloaks are back… 👀

Which means we finally have an excuse to get this photo out again. 😂

Celebrity Traitors is back and we’re ready for weeks of:

“I KNEW IT!”

“Definitely a Traitor.”

“Why are they banishing THEM?!”

…and being completely wrong about pretty much everyone. 😂

The whole programme is basically about who you trust and who you don’t.

Which, if we really wanted to force a business link into this, is actually quite important there too. 😉

But we won’t ruin a perfectly good Traitors post with too much business chat.

So… who are you banishing from this line-up first? 👀

Do customers really choose on price? 👀

We all assume they do… but think about the last time YOU were choosing someone to do a job.

Did you immediately go for the cheapest?

Or did you have a nosey at their website, check out their reviews and generally decide whether they looked like people you could trust?

Exactly. 😂

Price matters, of course it does. But usually we’re looking for that little bit of reassurance first.

And that starts before anyone has even spoken to you.

Your website, your signage, your brochure, even your business card… all those little things are quietly saying something about your business.

Hopefully it’s:

“Yep, these look like they know what they’re doing.”

THEN we start comparing the £££.

And this is exactly why we keep talking about making sure your business looks as good as the work you actually do. 😄

It’s our Claire’s birthday today, so obviously we couldn’t let it pass without a little Orbital shout-out! 🥳

Claire has been part of the furniture around here for over 14 years now (sorry Claire 😂) and is usually the person keeping jobs moving, keeping us organised and knowing exactly who to call when we need something slightly unusual producing!

So today, we’ll allow her to swap chasing quotes and checking print specs for being thoroughly spoilt instead. 😄

Happy Birthday Claire! 💗

Hope you have a brilliant day!

Drop her a birthday message below 👇

What makes you remember a business?

Sometimes it’s the little things you keep seeing.

A familiar logo. A colour you recognise. The same look popping up in different places.

These new vest tops and pens for are a great example. 💙⭐

Nothing complicated. Just their bright, recognisable look carried through onto things they’ll actually use.

And every time someone spots that blue and yellow again, Little Music Stars becomes that little bit more familiar.

Funny how the smallest things can help you stick in someone’s mind.

We all do this, don't we? 👀

Looking for somewhere to eat...

Website looks a bit dodgy.
Facebook hasn't been updated since 2022.
Photos aren't great.

Next. 😂

We probably haven't read a single review.
We definitely haven't studied their About page.
And we've got absolutely no idea whether the food is actually any good.

We've just... got a feeling.

And people are doing exactly the same thing with our businesses.

A website here.
A van there.
A sign they pass on the way to work.
A quick scroll through Facebook.

All those little things are quietly helping someone decide whether a business feels right for them.

Which is slightly terrifying when you think about it. 😂

Go on... what makes YOU immediately click away from a business?
