One of our business customers had a really frustrating issue - every time the power goes out (which happen a lot in their area) , it knocks out the PC that controls their accounting software meaning they cannot process orders. They used to visited each time by their IT supplier to get them back online.... time consuming and expensive.

There's complex reasons as to why the software can't be moved, so instead we created a button on their desktop which they can use to run the same commands that their IT supplier used to run. Now they can be back up and running quickly and without paying for a callout each time.

We’re launching a free local tech helpdesk for local residents at Sandham Hall, Coldwaltham on Thursday 4th June, 10:00am–11:30am.

Whether your laptop is being awkward, your phone is confusing, or you just want honest advice before buying new tech — pop in and have a chat.

Meet Chris and a volunteer from the community who will be helping with:

Fleurdelisflowers took off this weekend! 🎉Amazing work by Joanne - definitely take a look at her new home in Cobblestone Walk, Steyning.
We were on call for any tech issues during the launch - you may not realise how much there is to manage (yes, even in floristry, tech can get in the way).

Wi-Fi install completed. 3 office locations now being served with super fast internet. Loads of cabling removed, cut back and disposed of. With the networking complete, we’ll be moving on to a backup and cloud solution for this business too 🚀
