🤖 – Lesson #13

How long should your labels last?

The answer depends on what you're labelling, where it's being used and how you store your labels.

A few simple steps can make a big difference to print quality, adhesive performance and label life.

📌 Save this guide for future reference, and remember...

🕵️ Even unused labels have a shelf life! Store them somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight to keep them performing at their best.

📞 Not sure which label is right for your application? Just give the team a call – we'll help you choose the right material, adhesive and print solution.

🖤 FEATURED PRODUCT | NEW PRODUCT! 🖤

Our NEW 50mm x 25mm Black Gloss Polypropylene labels have arrived — and they happen to look very good with another NLS favourite. 👀✨

Pair them with our metallic ribbons in Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, Green or Rose Gold for labels that definitely aren't interested in blending in. 😂

Black + metallic = a seriously smart combination. 🖤✨

Well, not quite the start to Graham Alexander’s reign we were hoping for at PNE! 😬⚽ Never mind… we go again Tuesday! COYW! 💙🤍

We love supporting businesses in our region, just as we appreciate everyone who supports ours! 💚

⚽ THAT’S A WRAP! 💙🤍

Linus is VERY excited for the return of league football tomorrow! His lucky PNE socks are ready for Graham Alexander’s first game in charge against Millwall. 🤞

He’s also been tinkering with his FPL team, determined to knock Tracy off the top spot. Good luck with that, Linus! 😂

A huge thank you to all our customers for another busy week. Have a fantastic weekend and we’ll see you Monday!

COYW! 💙🤍

🖨️ – Top Tips: Choosing the Right Printer!

We see it all the time! 👀

Someone buys a direct thermal printer because it's cheaper… then discovers all the OTHER things they'd love to print and wishes they'd bought a thermal transfer printer instead! 🤦‍♀️

💡 Linus' top tip? Don't just think about the labels you need TODAY. Think about what you might want to print TOMORROW!

A quick chat with our team now could save you an expensive mistake later.

The right printer starts with the right labels! 🏷️

📮🏷️ A Day in the Life of Linus!

Not sure if a label will stick? Don't leave it to chance!

We can pop a few samples in the post so you can test the material, finish and adhesive before ordering. 📬

A little sample could save a big headache! 😉

🧐🍷 DID YOU KNOW? #007

Turns out product labelling is a lot older than we are…

Over 3,000 years ago, Ancient Egyptians were recording details about their w**e — including the vintage, where it came from, who produced it and even its quality.

W**e jars discovered in Tutankhamun’s tomb still carried this information. So essentially, King Tut had his own rather impressive w**e cellar… complete with labels. 😂🍷

Different century. Different label. Same need to know what’s in the container!

Linus and Alex have been doing a little archaeological digging to investigate. 🕵️‍♂️🏺
