Hi everyone.

After successfully helping some local people with their techy problems, I am looking forward to helping many more.

These are some of the things I can offer help with.

Mobile phones/tablets (technical support, teaching how to use, assisting with customer services)

Social media (set up, buying/selling items, making small business pages)

Home broadband (installing your new router, connecting your devices, assisting with customer services)

TV set-up including smart TVs. Setting up new freeview & freesat boxes.

If you need a new phone I can offer independent and impartial advice (non commission) on what phone suits YOUR requirements rather than what mobile phone salesman/the family “tech wiz” wants you to have. Also if you buy a new phone whether it be one I have mentioned or something totally different I can get you all set up and good to go in a flash! 👍

I have over 12 years experience working within the telecommunications/customer service industry which has given me a vast knowledge within the field. Plus I hate jargon so won’t baffle you with technical mumbo-jumbo.
