An update from Novatech 📢

From 1st June, our retail shop will close as we move to a fully online model. Fast Track collections will also no longer be available.

This wasn’t an easy decision to make, but it allows us to focus on delivering the best possible online experience.

A new lease of life for these Microsoft Surface devices, soon to be back in the hands of end users through our D2D service

Each unit has been cleaned, reset to factory settings, and enrolled with Microsoft Autopilot.

That means as soon as a new user connects to the internet, the device will automatically configure itself with everything they need fully business-ready in minutes.

From collection to redeployment, we make sure every device is ready to go when our customers need it.

Ever heard of a JBoD? It's short for Just a Bunch of Disks.

What you’re looking at here is a 4U JBoD expansion chassis, connected to a separate head unit (the brains of the operation) via a Host Bus Adapter and SAS cables.

Each of these units can house up to 78 hot-swap 3.5" drives – and the ones pictured are currently loaded with 20x 24TB SAS HDDs. Fully populated with 24TB drives, you'd be looking at 1.872 petabytes of raw storage. And with 36TB drives now available, the ceiling just keeps rising.

That’s enough storage to archive every version of Skyrim, modded, in 8K — and still have room left for your Star Wars LEGO instructions in PDF.

Perfect for environments that need high-density, scalable storage – think research, simulation, or large-scale data processing.

This is our development rig for our Vauxhall Nova electrification project!

We started in 1987 selling engine conversion kits for Novas. The original car was converted from a 1.2 to a fuel injected 1.8 by our founder David Furby and we could never let it go. Roll on 40 years and its time for a Tesla style upgrade!

The Tesla motor’s logic board has been swapped for an open-source design, while the battery runs on SIMP BMS, using the existing cell sensor circuits (CSCs) to monitor each cell group. The system safely manages pre-charge, drive states, and charging, with added logic to prevent driving while the battery is connected to a charger.
