Is your work or your organisation getting you down? Creating Stress?
If it is, try taking a few minutes out of every hour to just stop and do something else. Breaking your tasks up into smaller chunks throughout the day can make larger, more overwhelming tasks, seem smaller and easier to conquer.
Remember to be treating yourself with respect and kindness for getting something done, no matter how small. Your loyalty should first start with yourself and to yourself
Helpful Tip: A short burst of exercise, such as a quick walk or a stretch may be the one thing your brain needs to have a quick reset to shift you right back in gear.
Most of all, try reminding yourself that there are others around you, perhaps colleagues or friends that are there for you. Sometimes talking about our stresses with others, can be a really helpful release and help us work out how to feel better.
