When we launched the Stora Public API in December, we said we'd move fast.

Here's where we are just two months in.

Our latest API update adds 14 new REST endpoints and 10 new webhook event types.

The big theme: workflows that used to require the Stora UI are now fully programmable.

Tasks and Notes are great examples.

You can now create, update, complete, and delete tasks and notes entirely through the API — and get real-time webhook notifications as changes happen.

That means your external systems (like Slack, Microsoft Teams and HubSpot) can react instantly when a note is added to a customer record or a task is completed by your team.

We've also opened up unit reservations and allocations, added a Staff API, and shipped OAuth 2.0 support so third-party apps can connect securely.

On the webhooks side, we've added delivery logs, payload inspection, and auto-retries — because real-time integrations are only useful if you can trust them.

New: Site-Level Team Access

Managing multiple locations just became simpler and more secure.

You can now control exactly which sites each team member can access inside Stora.

This means:

- Staff only see the locations they’re responsible for
- Notifications stay relevant to their assigned sites
- Dashboards are cleaner, with clearer accountability

Everyone still has access to all sites by default, but permissions can now be adjusted easily from the Team page.

And this is only the start, more multi-site control features are on the way.
