We aim to help you progress from a basic to an advanced level within 8 to 24 weeks, depending on the discipline. The priority for “Momentum” is professional career experience gained by work shadowing, projects portfolio and mentoring. Momentum is remote training, online coaching and mentoring on a daily and weekly basis, all you need as a participant is a computer/laptop and internet connection to participate in the program.

Talent deserves the opportunity to prove itself.

That's what Career Bridge is trying to create.

Not guaranteed jobs.

Not inflated promises.

Not another certificate for somebody's drawer.

An opportunity to practise, make decisions, produce work and build evidence.

And through the Career Bridge Access Fund, we're trying to make that opportunity accessible to more selected candidates.

One thing matters enormously to me about this campaign.

We're not raising money around a hypothetical future audience.

The candidates are already here.

More than 1,200 applications.

Screening has started.

Selection is underway.

Programme infrastructure exists.

The Access Fund is about increasing our ability to say yes to strong candidates who may otherwise struggle to access the programme.

This isn't a plan. It's a pipeline.

We're deliberately avoiding simplistic claims such as "£X sponsors exactly one person" until programme economics support that statement precisely.

What we can say is simple:

This is the part of the Career Bridge model I don't want us to ignore.

Selection should mean something.

But after identifying someone with the potential to benefit from the programme, it would be frustrating for cost alone to close the door.

The Access Fund gives us another option.

Not guaranteed funding for everyone.

A mechanism for expanding access.
