One of the best networking breakfasts I have attended for a long time. Mind you, I have not been on the networking scene for some time so I guess that tracks. Nevertheless, we were treated to a room full of Bournemouth Rugby supporters, the family. As a room we were totally transfixed by a young player talking about his life living with ADHD, all of it resonated but wow, how brave of him to sit in a room full of strangers and hold the room. Too often young people get bashed for one thing or the other, yet I find myself again and again being astonished by how good our young people are and can be given just a little support to grow into their own skins.

Great to catch up with some of my close circle and feel the positive energy which has set me up for the day.
