**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our team. Previous experience preferred but not essential, all training provided. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, customizing IT hardware, and supporting e-commerce operations. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on delivering excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Order Processing:** Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to ensure timely delivery.
- **Customization:** Customize PCs, laptops, and other IT hardware to meet customer specifications.
- **Maintenance & Repair:** Clean, maintain, and repair laptops and PCs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Software Installation:** Install and configure software, operating systems, and drivers on devices.
- **Refurbishment:** Refurbish laptops and PCs to extend their lifespan and ensure functionality.
- **E-commerce Support:** Occasionally prepare and list items on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and other e-commerce sites, including taking high-quality photos.
- **Quality Control:** Maintain a high standard of quality in all tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- Above-average computer literacy and a strong interest in PCs and IT hardware.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
