We don't ask any customers to send there iphones to us, and once you have ordered our service you will have your new iphone delivered via UPS within 4 Days. So if you order from us on a Monday your faulty iphone will be replaced with a Brand New one by Thursday. Contact us through inbox to let us know the fault and include your iphone serial number in the message
2. Our team will check the serial number against our database to confirm it qualifies for the Brand New Replacement
3. We will then email you back to confirm if the replacement can be issued or not
4. You can then go ahead and purchase the service from me and we will confirm the address that the Brand New Iphone is to be sent
5. We will then Contact our Team at Apple and give them a detailed report with all the correct information to ensure that a Brand New Iphone will be sent in replacement of you faulty one
6. Our Team at Apple will then send you a Pre-Paid Parcel to safely package your iphone in, which you will then need to take to the Post Office and get a proof of postage receipt when sending ( You wont have to pay for the Proof of Postage)
7. Once this has been done then you can contact us anytime for an update as we maintain constant contact with Apple
8. Finally your Brand New iphone will be sent to via Secure UPS Delivery within 2 - 4 Days
