Ours began with a simple belief - put people first, deliver outstanding service and do things properly.
Seventy-five years ago, that belief took shape at a single counter in Coventry. A place where service meant something. Where quality wasn’t just a promise. ⚡️
What started as a single spark would go on to connect thousands of communities.
As we approach our 75th anniversary, this marks a shared moment in time - a chance to reflect on what’s been built together and the principles that still guide who we are today.
