In the middle of a morning meeting, I heard a knock on the door and I could barely contain my excitement as I was handed over 3 heavy boxes.

Thanks to for doing such an amazing job printing 'Mick the Tick'. The illustrations look amazing, the paper and print quality makes the book look very professional.

As always, having a printed copy of a story you brought to life in your hands feels amazing!

A small batch of books are now being signed and then shipped to Australia for .perrin release day, 25th May. The anniversary of her tick bite that caused her Lyme disease

From imagination to creation, Mick the Tick is finally being printed! It's been an incredible journey with author, Kara Perrin.

Going through her own personal health journey with Lyme disease, Kara wrote a fun rhythm and rhyme story about the naughty Mick the Tick 📚 to help raise Lyme awareness.

It's been thrilling to work with Kara to bring her story to life 🎨, adding personality and design to her characters and creating a picture book we are both incredibly proud of!

Soon to be available online, but for now, we celebrate 'Mick' watching his story being printed.

As we come to the end of the weekend, my niece asked for one more procreate tutorial for us to play with ✏️🎨🖼️

Today I invited a bestie around to hang out with my niece and I, and we all decided to have an arts day!

My niece got her own iPad for Christmas so we all cracked out the procreate and tuned into YouTube, looking for a good tutorial for us all to do.

Lucky we did because we stumbled across !

Here is the art we all made based off that tutorial! We had a lot of fun and will be tuning in monthly to take part in some fun tutorials 😁😁
