Whilst we encourage customers to use their own packaging, if possible please try not to use food products as packaging for your box when sending us your MacBook. Bubble wrap or packing peanuts are more than enough 🤣😂

Spilled liquid on your MacBook? Followed all the usual steps to dry out the MacBook?

Even if your MacBook turns on and seems to be working fine after a liquid spillage, it is likely that any components damaged will continue to rust or corrode and can cause further damage down the line.

We offer a free liquid recovery service. We will clean the logic board and let you know what work is needed to get this working again. This is a free service to book in; there is no charge for the postage both ways, and no cost to you if the device can’t be fixed, or if you don’t want to proceed with the repairs.
