Updates from Jaybox
The last two years have seen unprecedented pressures on our industry and have been uniquely challenging.
We at Jaybox have weathered the storm and have gone to considerable lengths to support and work with our customers to ensure that all of you have the best resources and support throughout this difficult time. We have also used this down time in our business to reevaluate how we operate as a business and how to best support our customers and have now restructured our business to ensure that Jaybox can continue to offer you the best support that is best tailored to meet your needs now and in the future.

Restructuring of Jaybox.

Graham Bolderson
I am now chairman of Jaybox focusing on product development and client relationships.

Phil Bolderson
Phil is now promoted to MD and he is focusing on the day to day running of the business with a special emphasis on finance.

Laura Bolderson.
Laura is company admin and customer support.

Alex Shepherd
Alex has been with Jaybox for over 10 years and is focused on software support and development.

Nigel Walker
Nigel has worked with Jaybox for over 10 years and supports Graham on hardware development and support.

Steve Shields.
Steve has been with Jaybox for 9 years and is responsible for marketing, website, social media and sales.

We have also expanded our network of partner organisations giving us a greatly increased capacity to build and support hardware as well as develop and improve our software and customer support.

Jaybox has emerged from the last two years as a leaner more agile company better placed to meet your current and future needs and we look forward to working with you over the coming months and years.

Dear all,
it is fair to say that 2020 has been the most testing and trying year for our industry. We have faced business, personal and financial pressures that none of will have planned for and to that end Jaybox have been doing what we can to support our customers through these most difficult of times.

As you will be aware, we deactivated all music contracts in England on November 4th.

Unlike the end of the first national lockdown, areas of the country are now under different levels of restrictions, and pubs in some tiers are restricted from opening depending on whether or not they serve food or which tier they are in. Because of this, we are not in a position to judge accurately when to reactivate previously deactivated units as we did when the first national lockdown ended in July.

Instead, we ask that our customers notify us when they need services resumed for individual units. We understand this may cause inconvenience but feel this is the only way to avoid any unwanted charges being incurred.

In continuing support of our customers during this difficult time, we are also extending the 50% discount on music charges that we have offered since September until the end of January. We hope this is of some help where revenues have fallen and we will continue to review this policy as the rules and tier levels change.

There does seem to be some light at the end of the tunnel for 2021 with the vaccines being rolled out which looks like it could lead to an easing of restrictions from about Easter onwards.

I wish you all the very best for 2021 and hope you and your families all have a healthy and happier year ahead and do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your individual needs,

Supporting our clients.
These are unprecedented times posing extreme difficulties to all in our industry. Jaybox are doing everything we can to support our customers through these very tough times and to that end we are continuing to heavily discount our music pricing with a 50% reduction in our music prices through to the end of November.

Due to current lockdown restrictions in England the office will be closed but we are available on mobiles, 07733118981 (Graham), 07871774285 (Jamie) and 07971301439 (Phil).

Spares requests should be emailed to [email protected] and you will be contacted and advised when you will receive parts. We ask for your understanding and patience during this challenging business environment but can assure you of our continued dedication and commitment to supporting all of our customers.
