Prior to 10:30am on the 10th of April 2026, the area around Wasdale Head Inn had never had mobile phone signal!!! We arrived at 8am, Installed this antenna and within 10 minutes of us finishing, the mast had 21 devices automatically pinging off it!

Helping Cybermoor & Wavemobile to 'End Digital Isolation':

We were recently contacted by Cybermoor, based in the Alston area, they were looking for help with installing Antenna's on buildings in areas that struggle with Mobile phone service or have none whatsoever, recent projects include the Buttermere Valley (see link below). We assisted with the installation on Bampton Valley Shop & Cafe near Askham, an area renown for poor signal and lack of connectivity.

At the begining of December we were contacted again by Patterdale Mountain Rescue to Install a Radio Aerial Transmitter on Almond Lodge, half way up Helvellyn, it was to help improve the Rescue Teams Radio signals further up the Mountain and across the Valley All in all a success!!
