Growing up I was never what you would call an avid football fan, but I did enjoy watching Scotland at the World Cup. My earliest memory was of "Ally's Tartan Army" in 1978.
My son however IS an avid football fan thanks to my brother taking him to games when he was growing up. It is hard to believe that he will be turning 30 next year and has never experienced seeing his home country playing in a World Cup.
So like thousands of other fathers and sons across the country this coming Saturday night into Sunday, we as a family will be staying up to the 'wee small hours' to finally get to see our team back on the world football stage.

Because of this Core 2 Computing will be closed next Monday (15th) for the Bank Holiday.

There are currently parking restrictions directly outside my shop this week due to filming of the new James McAvoy drama from Sky TV called Meantime. However if you are just dropping off I have been told it should not be a problem. There is a security guard in orange hi viz jacket enforcing the parking and just say to him what you are doing. Thanks

I will be closed this coming bank holiday Monday - Open again as normal Tuesday 26th at 10 a.m. I hope you have a great holiday weekend and that by the time I am open again on Tuesday, St. Mirren will still be in the Premier League.

Good to hear that Currys PC World at Braehead in Renfrew are recommending me to their customers for work they no longer do themselves. I also can turn round the repairs the same day where possible :-)
