A returning customer brought in a newly purchased laptop to be upgraded from Windows 10S to Windows 10 Pro.

This laptop came in as it was having an issue with its fan clicking and then the laptop started to overheat.

After taking it apart we could see that there was a massive build up of dust and grime which was affecting airflow causing the fan to work under extreme load and eventually start to fail.

Fan has been replaced the laptop cleaned out. Not even Kim or Aggie would have been able to save that fan.

Laptop had recently come in. Customer had advised that some of the keys weren't working and the front bezel kept popping off when the lid was closed.

Further investigation seen that the keyboards ribbon cable hadn't been seated correctly and the bezel had been damaged by a 3rd party on a previous repair job.

We always suggest that you go with a professional to have your work done.

I just want to reach out an apologise to anyone that i've taken extra time to get back to.
