The European Federation of Hard of Hearing People is holding a webinar next week on creating inclusive workplaces.

EFHOH suggests that across Europe:

🔹Only 40–44% of hard of hearing people are employed, compared to 75% of non-disabled people.
🔹80% do not receive the accommodations they request.
🔹31% face discrimination after asking for support.

No doubt there will be much in this event that can be applied to workplaces in all parts of the world.
