Just a reminder that the office will be closed from Wednesday 29th of April until Monday 18th of May while Emma is away on holiday 🏝️

The online store will be temporarily unavailable from 12.00pm Tuesday 28th of April until Wednesday 13th of May to ensure compliance with PayPal’s terms of sale, but no orders will be processed until I am back on Monday 18th of May 😊

Matthew will still be available for support and key number requests, but please note that he works on reduced hours, so there may be a longer than usual delay - if he’s not replied within 2 working days, feel free to send him a nudge 😀

We have the Easter weekend coming up, which means here in the UK it is a 4day weekend. The office will be closed on Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April! Any emails and orders will be responded to on Tuesday 7th April 😊

Good day everyone… due to an unusual empty file in the French version of DK9 updates, there have been some who have been receiving update errors. This has now been fixed.

**This was only affecting the French versions of the DK9 program.**

For anyone using a French program ONLY who has been affected by this, please close your DK9 and use the link below to run and update your program to rectify the issue. Thank you ☺️

For anyone not affected, the issue has been resolved and you can update from in your program as normal :)

**IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM MATTHEW REGARDING DK9 KNOWN ISSUE**

Dear DesignaKnit 9 Owner,
I’m contacting everyone who received a download link recently for the DesignaKnit 9 setup program. We’ve had a glitch in our procedure for making the setup program and an update is required in order to avoid program crashes.
If you’ve noticed any program crashes then please restart Windows before getting the update.
Please open DesignaKnit 9, and before doing anything else with it, go to Help / Web Updates / Program Update and click the big Download button. After the update you should find that Help / About shows version 9.13.23 and that will sort out any problems.
If you haven’t got round to downloading the setup program yet, just install in the normal way and no update is necessary.

☀️ The office will be closed for Emma to have her summer break from Monday 11th August, we will reopen on Tuesday 26th August. Any orders and emails during this time will be dealt with upon my return to the office ☀️

For information:
The office will be closed from Monday 11th August until Tuesday 26th August. During this time there will be very limited responses to emails, social media messages and the phone will be unmanned while Emma is out of the office for her summer break :)

Normality will resume on Tuesday 26th August when all outstanding orders will be sent out.
